Reproduction of all or any of the webpages of this website, whetherby copying, transmitting, streaming,creating links, or otherwise distributing or communicating it in any media whatsoever is prohibited except with Lehi James prior written consent other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms conditions.
(b) Please read these T&Cs carefully and make sure you understand them, before ordering any goods from our site. Please note that before placing an order you should read these T&Cs . We would draw your particular attention to our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds policy below.
(c) All orders placed by you, for the purchase of goods from our website are on the basis of these T&Cs.
(d) The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
(e) If any provision ot these T&Cs (including any provision in which we exclude or limit our liability to you) is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the other provisions of these T&Cs and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected. Our contract shall be governed by and interpreted by English Law.
(f) You may only purchase goods from our site if you are 18 years of age and older.
Damage to your computer or other device.
Lehi James uses reasonable efforts to ensure that this Website is free from viruses and other malicious or harmful comtent. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this Website (including any content on it or ant website accessible from it) will not cause damage to your computer or other device. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right equipment (including antivirus software) to use the Websire safely and to screen out anything that may damage or harm your computer of other device.
Ordering.
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. All orders are subject to price and availability.
We may choose not to accept your order or purchase for any reason and we will not be liable to you in these circumstances.
In order to purchase from the Lehi James website you must hold a valid form of payment such as a credit or debit card.
When you offer to purchase anything from the Lehi James website you are therefore taking responsibility that you have the funds ready to make the purchase and that the form of payment you use is valid and belongs to yourself. We reserve the right to reject any request.
We reserve the right to change and or correct any information and pricing on the website.
Sale Items.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Delivery of goods.
Delivery of our goods is via a 3rd party (e.g. Post Office, DPD etc). Once we have passed the goods to the 3rd party, we hold no responsibility if the product arrives damaged, or late. You must raise your concerns in the first instance with the 3rd party and then notify Lehi James after you have done so.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds.
(a) You may cancel your order and return the items purchased to us by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of the date of delivery to you. Note: sale items above.
(b) If your order comprises of multiple delivery shipments, the 14 day cancellation period will run from the date of delivery of the last shipment to you.
(c) If you decide to cancel the order, for whatever reason, where you have received the goods you must return them to us (together with the original packing) without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel, at your costs.
(d) You must return the goods in an un-used state and in the original undamaged packaging with seals in tact.
If products are not returned in a satisfactory condition, including damage caused due to insufficient packaging for the return transition to us, we may return the goods to you and not issue a refund or reduce your refund accordingly to take into account the reduction in value of the product.
(e) Following receipt of the returned item (s) we will refund you the price paid for the returned goods. Where items have been returned because they were incorrect, faulty or damaged and where you have returned the entire order, we will also refund you the standard delivery charges, if applicable
(f) We aim to make refunds for cancelled orders within 5 days of receipt of the items back into our warehouse. Please note that in exceptional circumstances a refund may take up to 14 days.
(g) Refunds will be made to you using the same means of payment as you used when placing your order with us.
(h) We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value of the goods returned where the goods show signs of unreasonable use; for these purposes, unreasonable use includes handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Or, in exceptional circumstances, return the goods to you and not make any refund.
Termination
(a) Lehi James reserves the right to cancel any orders, and for whatever reason, prior to delivery of the goods to you.
(b) In such a situation we will notify you in writing of our decision to cancel.
(c) You have the right to cancel any order placed with LeHi James prior to delivery and up to 14 days after you receive receipt of the goods – for whatever reason. Please view our returns policy for further details on how to return an item.
