Delivery of goods.
Delivery of our goods is via a 3rd party (e.g. Post Office, DPD etc). Once we have passed the goods to the 3rd party, we hold no responsibility if the product arrives damaged, or late. You must raise your concerns in the first instance with the 3rd party and then notify Lehi James after you have done so.
